Nigerian Army releases photo of rescued Chibok girl Salomi Pagu
Nigerian troops in charge of Operation Lafiya Dole have released photos of the currently rescued Chibok girl who abducted by Boko Haram terrorist group in April 14, 2014.
According to an army source, the girl whose name is Salomi Pagu is the 86th on the list of missing Chibok girls abducted from their school in Chibok town, Borno state, Nigeria.
Juicy Links learnt that Salomi Pagu was rescued alongside a 14 year-old girl named Jamila Adams with a child.
Juicy Links further gathered that currently, both girls were under the care of the Nigerian troops.
A senior army officer confirmed the report to newsmen on Thursday at an impromptu press conference.
The senior army officer, Deputy Director Public Relations, Theatre Command Operation Lafiya Dole, Colonel Onyema Nwachukwu who confirmed the news added that the Chibok girl was rescued in Pulka.
“So far, preliminary investigations reveal that the young girl identified as Salomi Pagu is the same as the Chibok girl published on serial 86 of the online list of abducted Chibok girls,” he said.
