‘IPOB is a threat to national unity more than herdsmen,’ Lai Muhammed tells BBC — FFK
Femi Fani-Kayode (FFK) has blasted the current Minister for Information Lai Muhammed for telling British-based TV channel BBC that the Indegenous People of Biafra (IPOB) posses more threat to Nigerias National Security than Fulani Herdsmen reportedly killing mostly non-Fulanis in many parts of the country.
Aware of what the Information Minister said, FFK who was the previous Aviation Minister, called Lai Mohammed a ‘sick and depraved’, adding the President, Muhammadu Buhari and the Information Minister will answer to God and Nigerians for the innocent blood that have spilled by these herdsmen.
Via his Twitter handle, he said and we quote;
Lai Mohammed told @BBCWorld that IPOB are terrorists who pose a much greater threat to national unity than the Fulani herdsmen. He is sick and depraved. Both he and Buhari will answer to God and the Nigerian people for the innocent blood that their herdsmen have shed!
Boko Haram bombs its victims whilst the Fulani herdsmen cut theirs to pieces. Don’t be fooled: the same hidden hand controls the two. Who refuses to arrest Fulani herdsmen? Who said “an attack on Boko Haram is an attack on north”? Who said it was wrong to proscribe Boko Haram?
This social media attack on Lai Mohammad comes after over 10 people wer reportedly killed by the herdsmen this year.
