​Yusuf Buhari leaves Nigeria for Germany on air ambulance — Report

Muhammadu Yusuf, son of president Muhammadu Buhari has been ferried out of Nigeria through the Presidential wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Sahara Reporters has revealed.

This revelation came in after a statement credited to Femi Adesina, a senior spokesperson to President Muhammadu Buhari, stated that his son, Yusuf, was ready for “discharge” from an Abuja hospital.

Sahara Reporters said it learnt that he was ferried out of Nigeria through the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport this morning.

The investigative news blog added that Yusuf is headed for treatment at St. Josef Hospital in Wiesbaden, Germany.

A presidential source confirmed that the departure of Yusuf to Germany followed earlier departure last night by his sister, Mrs. Halima Buhari-Sherif and the official physician to the first lady, Kamal Mohammed. 

Juicy Links gathered that the duo arrived Stuttgart earlier today on a Bombardier Challenger 600 Presidential jet with registration number 5N-FGZ.

Yusuf was badly wounded in a power bike accident in Gwanripa, Abuja last year while drag racing with a friend, Bashir Gwandu. Mr. Adesina.

It was revealed that Gwandu was not injured in the crash.
