Google launches Gmail GO for emerging markets
Just like YouTube GO and other GO lines, Google, has launched Gmail Go for Android in emerging markets.
According to the tech giant, Gmail GO is a lightweight version that offers all the standard features of Gmail.
As you will notice, the interface is very similar to the regular Gmail app.
As it is not only designed to take up less storage space on users’ smartphones, it also makes better use of mobile data. This means that everything will be more simplified with multiple account support, attachments, conversation view, push notifications for new messages and 15GB memory space.
On the other hand the images are not loaded automatically as in the traditional version to reduce data consumption.
