​Osinbajo sacks DG of DSS, Lawal Daura over National Assembly Invasion

Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo has sacked the Director-General of the department of state security services, DSS, Lawal Daura over the invasion of the national assembly on Tuesday morning.
Below is a press statement signed by his media aide, Laolu Akande confirming the development;

“The Acting President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, has directed the termination of the appointment of the Director-General, State Security Service, Lawal Musa Daura with immediate effect.

Mr. Daura has been directed to hand over to the most senior officer of the State Security Service until further notice.”
